I hadn't checked this place out yet, so I figured why not check it out on a Monday afternoon on a day where dances are $10. Standard routine like Bogarts and H8S, that is, $5 in the door; one time $10 charge for VIP room access. Like Bogarts, the VIP is more or less a communal area, but instead of folding chairs, they have built-in booths which offer minimal privacy and the area is actually dimly lit with red light, which I found somewhat annoying. I don't know if it was an anomaly or if the club is regularly smoke-free, but there was no smoking, which I like. I can't say the same for the sister club around the corner. I did not use the bathroom, so I have no idea of their condition or if they live up to the comments posted by others. Drinks are the standard $6.75. There's an annoying shot push the minute you walk in the door and get seated and it never stops. I don't do shots, every once in a while, I buy one for the lady, yesterday being one of those occasions considering dances were 50% off. Even after buying one shot, the shot girl came back to ask me if I wanted to buy another shot for the same girl? With the mark-up on those shots and the usual $1 tip I give to the shot girl, one would think they'd be smart enough not to wear out their welcome, because chances are if I return, I'm not buying any shots. Mixed ethnic crowd, mostly blue collar white and black guys, with a couple guys looking like they were stopping over from the airport. The help ranged from good to why even bother? Saw a couple familiar faces from the sister club around the corner working the $10/dance day. Mostly young, white 20 year old girls. Most of them had tats, but a few were without. I'd say of the majority of them were 5-6's, but no real knockouts. There was a younger blond there, I didn't catch her name, but she was the best looking of the bunch. There was of course the token dancer who had made a career out of this. She was an older woman, white woman who I didn't find attractive, but I'm sure she has her regulars. There were three black girls dancing and I got a dance from P------e, who I found to be the best looking of the bunch. Slender, 5'10", about C cup with pierced nipples. Paid for 10 dances and was offered the standard options for the B, H8S, H8N VIP areas. I did not opt for any of the options, but enjoyed my long time in the VIP. Apparently, I'm told the songs are also longer on the $10/dance days. It makes no sense to me, but I was told that by a couple different girls. When I returned from my long absence to the main room, there was a white BBW dancing on the stage close to where I was originally sitting. I don't like the bigger women, so it was a bit of a turn-off, but I'm sure this club offers girls for all types. Anyways, I enjoyed the smoke-free atmosphere and think I'd return to this club or it's counterpart in the south on a $10/dance day, before heading around the corner to the sister club. If you're looking for high class, you're not going to find it here. It's the dive-bar of strip clubs, so as long as your not expecting PHC, it may be your type of place. Definitely a good way to waste a couple hours for not a lot of money.
