This was my only chance to visit a club inside Germany. I had read the review posted here, and also saw that there were a few other tabledance places in the area.

First off, lets be clear where this is. The area is the redlight district of Frankfurt. The vast majority of establishments around this area are brothels (or "Eros Centers"). The atmosphere can be a bit weird all around, but I found the entrance to Pure Platinum to be very mundane - almost dead. I thought that was a good thing. Many places in this area can turn in to complete ripoffs, so it's good to be on your guard.

I entered, paid my 10 euro, and was given a single tip buck (they have little 1 dollar like papers to tip the girl dancing. I believe they cost .50 to purchase, but you get one with admission). I proceeded downstairs, and found a large room with a low stage in the center. I went to the bar, got a pilsner for 5 euro, which is not a good price, but not a massive ripoff, and found a seat.
