I have been going to Mons Venus about 2-3 times a year for the last 8 years and I must say it has its definite pros and cons. First off, the building is very small and you would expect something larger for being so world renown. There is a single stage in the middle with about 5-6 poles for the girls to dance on, which is usually 3-5 as they rotate around. There are a few high tops with 2-3 chairs scattered behind the stages with booths all along the walls for lap dances. Mons Venus does not have a DJ and rely on a jukebox for its music.

As for the girls, most are 8's on average but definitely a few 9's and 10's. The lap dances are hit and miss I must say. Girls will constantly ask you if you are interested in a dance, so sometimes it does get a little bit annoying. Prices are between $20-30 for lap dances and I suggest you negotiate if possible. Some girls will give you great deals while others are just stuck up and charge you the full $30 per dance without a discount on multiple dances.
