First of all, it's called "Downtown"...

First of all, it's called "Downtown" but it's no where near downtown... it's 17.5 blocks north in a heavily-industrialized area near what looks like a refinery. Cover was $20, which seemed high compared with other SLC clubs... I asked the door girl what the $20 got me, and she said "into the club" (okay, I'm not as dumb as I might sound... there's a reason I asked that, see review of other Southern Exposure Clubs). There was only one stage active, about 10 customers. NO BEER OR LIQUOR. I was given a wristband, told it was good until 5am if I didn't remove it, and that there were bars in the area to get booze.

As other reviews have mentioned, girls are typically naked by third song and showing a lot. Stage in use was basically a cage - they work the side rails very effectively to entertain guys sitting up close. When they're done, they put on a robe and disappear into the back.

A dancer or staffer approached me - I never did figure out which, since she was quite hot and dressed in a bikini - and explained there were no lap dances (it's a "no contact club"), but I could get a "shower show" for $7. They have "dancer request slips" sitting on the tables! I could see the two shower "rooms" right there, and I was told I could get a great view, and talk with the girl if I wanted to. She would help arrange it for me (which made me think she was a staffer rather than a dancer).
