From Dallas, but haven't spent any...

From Dallas, but haven't spent any significant amount of time in the SC scene there as I left town for college and haven't spent much time in town since graduating. Went back for a week for my best friend's wedding and all that that entails.

Night 1: Saturday night, bachelor party. Best man has some connections of some kind here and sets up the party. No cover for us (10 for everyone else I think), free valet. Club has a medium sized main stage with a 20+ ft tall pole, and the dancers rotate from there to the top of an inverted U staircase that connects to the main bar. From the top platform of these stairs to the bar, then to one or two of several upstairs alcoves that you can see from the main floor as well. Very clean, beers 6$, ethnicity of dancers was varied (saw asian, black, white, latina) with a moderate range of quality; I saw one 5 wandering around asking people for dances ( a la south park, if you've seen that episode), and everything all the way up to 10s that were snapped up immediately. We had a curtained off area for the party with our own waitress, bourbon and vodka + mixers that we didn't have to pay for, and there were always at least 4 girls in there with us, no lower than a 6, and only one of those. I don't know how much this package cost, but it was an experience to remember. As I was there to make sure the bachelor was having a good time, I didn't spend much time outside the room, and there wasn't anywhere for the ladies to dance inside, mostly conversation (except when we all left him in there alone for 30 minutes with three of them). A 7 latched on to me after it became obvious the bachelor was interested in other ladies, and had one dance. She went straight to 2-way full contact, which leads me to believe that extras would be on the table if you became anything remotely close to a regular. I resolved to myself to come back alone later in the week when I could focus on my own evil shenanigans instead of hanging with my bro.

Night 2: The return. First night I had available from wedding prep shit I was right back here. 10 dollar cover (wednesday about 10 p.m.), and tipped the usher/bouncer another 10 and got a nice corner table for two about 15 feet back of perverts' row. Drinks, (great waitresses btw), turned down the first scavengers to come my way, and settled in for a mandatory 45 minute recon session. My strategy was to find a good 7 or 8 in my wheelhouse (brunette, C's, not too short). 9s and 10s take too long or too much money to get where I wanted to go in my experience in other cities, I assumed the same was true here. With the target acquired I moved down to PR, put a dollar on the stage and waited my turn. When she arrived I immediately put another dollar down, then held one out and asked here to show me where to put it. In the string, not too exciting, but what I expected. Let her finish her round on the main stage, and then went to the seat at the main bar where she would be in about 10 minutes for her third stop on her rotation (see above for details on how they move around). Saw her there, exchanged names (this is also a GREAT place to watch a show btw, you get the directly underneath view), and gave her a fiver and a wink, returned to my alcove. Sure enough, about 15 minutes later she came and found me. I bought her a drink, her choice: red wine (this is the best in my experience, shows taste and sophistication with a willingness to get a little more tipsy than beer will provide). Turns out once I was in full conversation mode with her, she had a great european accent.
