I visited The Shady Lady Lounge...

I visited The Shady Lady Lounge in Kansas City around 2 p.m. on a Monday afternoon.The outside parking area looked a little rough, but there was free parking close to the front door (Just across the street). The bar was close to th entrance, so I ordered a Bud Light ($3) and took a seat at a table close to the stage where a pretty little blond gril was dancing. After she finished, another of the girls--lovely Marie--came and sat down at my table. She explained that due to the KC laws they were not allowed to take their tops off, but if I would pay for a couple of dances in the VIP area there are some benefits--but I had to pay for at least 2 dances. The dances were #30 each, or $25 each for 2 or more. I chose the 2 dances and was satisfied. I will visit the Shady Lady again when I am back in the area. But I would be a little nervous going there int he evening. The neighborhood looks pretty "shady."
