To be honest, this is not the best experience you can get in the area. However, I also wouldn't say it's the worst by far. The physical space and location are nice enough and in a safe-appearing area. The girls aren't bad, the prices for dances or drink is pretty satisfactory as well. Unless you want to spend more money, or head south for some better action, this is an okay option. I can't say I took advantage of anything more "private," so I can't give feedback on that for this place.
