OK, it's a strip club that doubles as a whorehouse (or so it seems).

Spent 2 weeks in Monterrey working with a Japanese engineering company and one of their guys who's been in country for several months took us out. The club itself is a dive, hard to figure out how big it is because they've got corridors leading to ??? that I didn't explore. Anyway, one stage that we saw, plenty of room, dark, beer about $3 US, lap dances $5 US and up depending on who and where and what you want. Girls range from 3 to 7.

This is where it gets interesting. Lap dances close to the stage are topless with lots of grindage and pretty much unlimited hand contact but YMMV. The bottoms are on for show only, most girls don't seem to mind hands roaming there. Got one from a tiny 7 chica with small tits, $10, very mechanical, no seconds.
