Early in my latest trip to NYC I hit NY's Flashdancers chain title club, the one right on Broadway in the Theater District. From the street it looks lind of incongruous, that awning in the middle of a block of office-type addresses seems so unassuming. But once you're downstairs you realize you're in a space that's physically clearly a league above its sister-clubs Dolls and Private Eyes. The quality of the dancers' appearance is also high - not just physique but dress/makeup as well, speaks of an enforcement of standards.

There is of course the main catwalk stage with poles and a small one-dancer podium stage behind the bar. Not much stageside interaction. Seating is divided between the bar, the main stage floorspace, and the floorspace in front of the lapdance areas, two spaces a step up from the rest of the floor with a long bench along the wall for LD's to happen. Got in just about shift-change and could tell there was an increase in numbers of dancers but it was hard to tell a number since they kept circulating between stage, floor, LD room and backroom, but soon the LD area began getting quite crowded - at the floor the wannadance wannadance wannadance kept going strong and continuous, one of the dancers admitted that those of us who were seen to be paying for dances would get a line forming for us. Add to that some quite hot waitresses/bartenders (what is it with the bartenders being the smokingest babes at a club??) and massage girls - got me one very well-done backrub, while facing the solo-girl bar-stage, and just so happened to enjoy combining the massage with an almost-personal set from a very, very hot, curvy, dark-haired, woman-not-waif type, Eastern European lady. She sat with me immediately after her set and chatted a little, it was soon clear she was bringing both tits and personality into the game, she was friendly with one of those smiles that makes you smile back, flattered me without laying it too thick, and in the end delivered a great set of dances.

As most of the activity is out in the open the floor action is mostly hands-off by you but you could see some of the girls doing quite a bit of grinding and close rubbing, so it helps to keep an eye out for someone who looks like she could make for a fun time.
