I stopped in here for the first time recently. The place was empty except for only one unattractive, older and a bit out of shape woman. I visited several clubs on this trip, and this was by far the best furnished lounge I had been in. It seemed everything was brand new, with a truly upscale look to it, brass railings around the stage, cigar humidor cabinet, greeter at the door (owner?) dressed in a tux. I felt out of place compared to some of the dumps I've been to. The owner obviously put some serious money into it. What a shame it doesn't seem to attract a crowd. Upscale club in a downscale location (Hialeah!). Chicken and the egg problem: no customers, no hot dancers. No hot dancers, no customers...I also think a big issue is that it's not easy to get to, since when you see it from the Palmetto (going north), you've already missed the exit, and there is no easy way to double back once you've passed it. Maybe its just a late night crowd that comes in? I'll have to give it another try on another trip. I hope it stays open. The one dancer that was there stopped by, but she didn't speak English, so I told her "Lo siento, pero yo no hablo espanol." and I left...
