I stopped in Circus to find...

I stopped in Circus to find out what it was really like since I had heard tales from great to terrible. The doorman looks pretty shady but was friendly enough and does his job to get you in quick.

Once inside there is bar seating in the middle of the place that surrounds a stage that extends back. The right side of the bar was packed so I decided to find a spot on the left side which was noticeably emptier. Before I could even sit, an average looking dancer who appeared to be in her late twenties approached to sit with me, I was in a laid back mood so I accepted. I'll just note that while I spotted about five girls talking to patrons, there wasn't anyone on stage during my entire visit. It could have been shift change or something.

The male bartender wasted no time in getting the drinks which I made sure not to rush through, and I wasn't hustled for more. I turned down anything more expensive because I was just trying to see if there was any talent coming on stage but none did for about 30 min. So I talked for a bit, then carried on. Not a great visit, but because I hear it's really hit or miss, I'll give it another chance sometime.
