I've visited both this club and...

I've visited both this club and Bonita (about 4 minutes away) several times over the past few years. This one has always been a superior choice if you prefer privacy and a more hands-on experience. Bonita has the latter to some degree but not the former. The differentiator is really the VIP area, which isn't really private, but is more so than anything at Bonita. Meanwhile, most of the dancers are ok with full body contact when back there, with the exception of anything under the bikini bottom. (The Executive VIP, formerly known as the Boom Boom Room--150/HR plus the same $20/dance required for normal VIP, which has a regular entry price of $35--is reputed to be even more flexible on such matters, but only with certain dancers.)

The problem with this club relative to Bonita, however, has historically been price and value. Until not long ago I would have described the quality of dancers (both looks and personality) as only average, and dances of poor value in part because they seemed to have custom cuts for all songs, which seemed quite clearly to be shortened. I only went there because my friend always wanted to, but I always left disappointed -- I burned through cash quickly, and often felt as though I ulitimately picked someone for dances so that I wouldn't leave without getting any, not because I felt drawn by looks or their enthusiasm. Meanwhile, no matter how much you were willing to spend, many dancers would refuse regular ($10) dances, wanting only to bother if you'd commit to VIP. I repeatedly swore not to go back, until my friend dragged me there again.

Fast forward. Others will know more details, but a lot seems to have changed. I'm not positive management changed the music, but the songs now seem to be of generous length. It also seems that they've had an influx of terrific dancers, many refugees from Missouri clubs that have withered or closed following recent changes to governing laws. The overall level of attractiveness is now as good or better than anything I've observed in much larger cities. On some nights it's mind blowing.
