I was in the Allentown area...

I was in the Allentown area on Thursday and thought I would drop by Erv's. Before I went in I drove to the front of the old store they are remodeling into the "New Erv;s" to see what was going on. They are advertising a lot on 100.7FM as a few weeks and they are ready. Of what I could see looking in the window, they have a lot of work yet to do and no way I see it happening in a few weeks. They initially told me end of July to early August-ish. I would be very surprised if they finish when they say. There looked to be hardly anything done inside. Unless I just couldn't see it, but, of what i saw, yeesh, they got their work cut out for them. Inside, it seems like they are waiting until they finish the new part to put any work into this part. ALmost like they know it is crappy right now so just wait. Lap room is great if you are a voyeur and want to see other chicks give lap dances as you get one. But, in terms of privacy. Well, there isn't any. Personally, I really dont want to be sitting to someone who is getting a little too personal with his girl in front of me. This needs to change. It can get very loud and is way to dark for my taste. When you have to yell at someone just so they can kind of hear you, it is no fun to be in that place. Turn the freakin music down a bit and un-dim the lights. I guess I will heed their excuse of remodeling so just give us some time. Ok, Erv's. You got it. But, if in a few weeks nothing is improved, I will seek other clubs and to quote CeLo "Forget You"...
