Had to PU an old college...

Had to PU an old college buddy at the airport, so I decided to stop into FC before I needed to be at DTW to pick him up. Wasn't disappointed. Got there around the 7p shift change when all the girls were on stage. FC still filled with the best looking dances in the Detroit area. With the new casino and center stage arrangement, there are few seats/tables up front. So I opted to tip the doorman $20 for one of the booths outline the parameter of the room--I'm not one to sit on the rail, prefer to sit back and take in the whole scene. Service was prompt and the waitress was a 10--both in looks and at delivering beers (not too pushy and typically there a minute or two after you finish). After a beer and a nice, tall dancer sit down. She was very friendly, but not pushing dances. Instead she gave me an update on the club (been awhile since I had been in and even longer for coming in at night). By the time I finished by 2nd beer I was ready for LD. She took me upstairs to the new enclosed VIP area. VIP boths now have an oversize chair or couch surrounded by heavy read curtains and illuminated by a red light (felt like I was on a submarine during battle maneuvers). Very good laps, xtras were hinted at, but I wasn't quite interested (later in the evening came back with my college buddy who did partake). Came back down from the VIP area just in time to head to DTW to PU my friend. Lucky me, after his flight he was in need of some exercise. So we headed back to FC and nearly closed the place down. Good times by all.
