I went to PP on Friday...
I went to PP on Friday afternoon. Usually PP has its usual dancers on day shift going but today, there were only a handful of them there, which kinda put a damper on the normal festivities on a Friday. In their places were some night shift dancers that were there for one reason or another, either they really needed the money or they had other things to do. They were not team players as the DJ had to 'remind' them to go on the satellite stages when they finished their turn on the main stage. I was not impressed and neither were the few customers that were there also. I stuck around for the night shift which was much more promising as some old favorites came back for a little bit but I only got dances from one of them (there were simply too many to choose from). The night shift definitely made up for my visit but it was close. I hope that any dancer that chooses to work day shift (for any reason) realizes that it is more laid back when it came to dances but if the DJ and/or doormen asks you to go on stage or go on the satellite stages, it's usually done in order to help them and the club out because they're trying to make money just like you are, so don't act like it's such a chore when you go on stage/satellite.
