I as in Phoenix for a brief business meeting during the afternoon. I arrived at the Hi-Liter about 6:00 and stayed for 2 hours. The afternoon strippers were a mix of caucasian, hispanic and 1 black girl. The quality level was about 5 - 7. Many of the girls had heavy tatoos. As the night shift came in the quality improved. I haven't been at this club for several months, nothing has changed. It is small, dark and tired.

Now to the strippers. This is not a high mileage club. There are several comfortable chairs along the wall where dances are given @ $10 each. There is also a VIP area up a couple of stairs, but be aware it is not very private.

I got a few dance from an attractive blond, lots of boobs and ass touching. She suggested that dances in the VIP area would be more enjoyable. I took her suggestion. Dances are $25 each. In the VIP area I got more of the same plus she put my hand between her legs. I left after a few more dances, not very satisfied. I don't think I will return to this club.
