This is a nice club that is located on the Pearl Street Mall except you can't get to it from there. It is accessible from Lawry Lane which is an alley between Walnut and Pearl that runs east to west between Broadway and 11th Street. Open the door and there is a flight of stairs down and then the greeting crew. Comment on the business side - folks seem to go out of their way to make sure that they are helpful to the patrons. The place itself is well furnished with little evidence of wear and tear unless my old eyes missed the obvious in the dimmed light. It is a basic railroad car floor plan with the far north end set aside for lappers while the extreme south end of the performing area is set aside for the VIP room which costs (I think 400 dollars maybe a little less but enough to make my toes curl).

Fairly attractive dancers, with some just drop dead gorgeous and good at their trade. Particular mention should be given to Onyx and Denise who are caring and professional and probably should be given an increased percentage of their take.

Let's credit the management for a moment because they do maintain a good operation. Why should their numbers be better than the Busstop - a few mles North of there. The Busstop offers a setting that is more discreet and that is physically superior in terms of size. But the equipment is not in the best of shape and the management of both the B-side and the dancers seems haphazard.
