So I've been here a couple times now, with wildly varying results. Thought I'd write a more educated review of the place having some better perspective here now.

Physically, it's be really hard to complain about the place. It's clean, it's open, the layout is fine, and the bathrooms were almost shockingly clean. The LD area is out of the way, open booths with drywall dividers. You need to pay a one-time $5 bracelet fee to access, and dances are $25 from there. The DJ stays out of the way, and the waitresses and bartender were both responsive but not pushy. Couldn't ask for more.

For a Friday afternoon, they are generally steady busy, but not crazy. Since this place is also affordable, it has become a comfortable regulars bar. This makes the place extremely inviting and friendly, but also has a significant drawback; women naturally spend their time with clients they make big cash off of. That makes sense, but is still frustrating for the visitor. I'm sure it's a different story at different hours.
