As a strip club, this one...

As a strip club, this one gets low marks. As a local's bar with good bar keeps and good drinks, it gets higher points. The fact that this place can't make it is inexcusable. It has great 1960's appeal. Like its an old bar next to a bowling alley. Lots of charm, lots of parking but next to no action. The girl's are mostly gone from this place. In fact even they chagrin that its no longer a dancer's club. They keep trying to revitalize it and could through proper management and moreso, marketing knack. They used to have some fairly decent girls here and it had a local's appeal. I think these guys could nail it again but it'll take more elbow grease than they're giving it. Sometimes these places just can't see themselves for what they are or what they have in their midst anymore. I think it'll take them thinking outside of their box to make it go. This place could be one of the hidden gems like it used to be. Bring in some alternative bands, bring in some girls, bring in some art students and do some advertising. If they don't I'd be surprised if they'll stay open. Too bad, this was always the place to go if you didn't feel like doing the business man's strip club kind of thing.
