My first trip to Prague and stumbled onto this club. As another post mentions this is really a brothel with dancing. As soon as I sat down came the hustle. It was early evening on a Wednesday and I was the only patron so I got constant attention/hustle for drinks or private shows. They actually have generic menu on the table from table dance to private lesbian shows to 20 / 30 / 60 minute private time. When the girls describe what you get at the different levels they spell it out exactly. If you are looking to spend 150 US and up, you can probably get whatever you want. Tried one girl and left happy and there was no hustle for added tips over the menu. May be different if the club is full, perhaps the advantage of being the buyer in a buyer's market.
