I stopped by TD's North on...

I stopped by TD's North on a Sunday afternoon recently and had a good time. I usually don't get to clubs on Sundays, and when I do they are nearly always dead, but when I comment on this to the dancers, they invariably tell me that Sundays are usually good. It is just one of those paradoxes that are frequent in clubs. Go figure.

None of my favorite dancers were dancing, but I did not expect them to be. There were few familiar faces at all. I was nearly ready to leave when a Dianne came over. She offered a lap dance and I had a good enough time on the floor to move it to the VIP room, where we were all alone. It was a good dance and well worth it. I will add Dianne to the list of recommended dancers at TD's North. She is good on the floor and even better in the VIP room, although she does tend to try her hardest at the end of the song, and that hustle is a bit of a put off.

The club is large and dark. It has two stages, a large one and a small one.. The small one is not used until the crowd picks up. When it gets really crowded, two dancers dance on the large stage. There are couches along the walls, which are the best place for dances, and a few nooks and crannies where there is more piracy., If your dancer takes you to one of these nooks and crannies, you will have a better time. Beer is $6 a bottle, although if you get one from the lady checking IDs at the door it is only $5.50. There is no smoking at TD's North, as is the case in any NM club. They are open for lunch and have several good specials, depending on the day. The staff is pleasant as are most of the dancers.
