I hit this place every six...
I hit this place every six months and it's different every time. First time, all the dances are at the Shack and all the shows are at Chantilly Lace (these are two businesses in the same building.) Later, they have shows at the Shack too. Then, they start leaving the private-room doors open for the dances, but not the shows. Then, they're flat-out closed for business, then later, they're only open in the afternoons. Who knows what kind of envelopes must pass back and forth to keep the doors open. A new girl, up from LA, told me one time "I'm surprised they can get away with this."
Now the $40 dances are gone (picture a three-minute lingerie-modeling type show) and they have an armchair behind a lace curtain where you can get a dance for $25 ($5 is going to the house.) So today I got a couple of those, and the girl was awesome, and unfortunately I just read on tuscl that the whole thing was probably being recorded on camera.
The girl was not at all interested in doing dances -- she wanted to do shows (they're $160, including sixty to the house, and then you tip up as much as you want in $50 increments for as far as she's willing to go.) But she gave me the dances and made her $40 and looked surprised as hell when I tipped ten. Pleasantly suprised, but still surprised. This isn't a place where guys tip just to tip.
