This is a dingy little bar...

This is a dingy little bar in downtown Portland. It is such a life-sucking place, I don't know how the girls work there and why anyone goes there! The first thing that cheapens the experience is having to pay a $2 (or maybe it was $3) door charge. The setup of the place is uninspiring, and isn't conducive to producing a fun environment. There is one stage on your right if you are entering, and to your left are just rows of little tables and chairs that face the stage.

What is further degrading to the entire experience, and especially to the dancers, are that the dancers are made to beg the customers for dollar bills to insert into the jute box machine so that they have music to dance to! Because the dancers act as their own DJ, there are awkward pauses when the dancer has to look through this binder of songs, and enter the song codes she wants to dance to.

The cocktail waitress was an unfit middle-aged lady, which is fine, but at least dress in a way that is aesthetically appealing to your physical form if you are going to work in a strip club. She was wearing tight fitting clothes and had muffin tops rolling out the sides of her jeans and she didn't pull down her shirt to cover them!
