On a recent trip to Philadelphia. I visited the Oasis club both before and after a Phillies game.

Like many clubs in Philly, they waive the admission charge if you have a hotel key card. Note to self: Always have a generic hotel key card in your wallet and also make sure everybody in your group has one.

This club is set up different than clubs I'm used to. The stage is in the center of the bar so you can't really tip the girls as they dance. Instead, after they're done they walk around inside the bar soliciting dollar tips from every customer. The dollar parade can get a little annoying but I guess it's part of the game. About 85% of the seats in this club are at the bar. There's only a few tables outside the bar area and no real comfortable chairs in the main area.
