I have been to a number of strip clubs, mostly in Jacksonville, Florida. I enjoy them, but always felt dirty when I left, wreaking of cigarette smoke and wondering if the dancers had ground any live yeast, or herpes cultures into my crotch that I should be concerned about.

So when business brought me to Tampa, Florida I was quite excited about trying what i'd heard was one of the best clubs anywhere--The Venerable Mons Venus. I arrived around 11pm on a week night and was underwhelmed by the exterior of the club. It is small, and seems a lot like most of the other clubs I'd been too--dingy, seedy. I happily paid the $20 dollar cover and walked into a fairly uncrowded club. When I arrived there were probably 10+ girls working, I immediately noted that dancer quality was much higher than the c-section scars and beer bellies of Jacksonville clubs. These looked like hot, in shape, college girls.

I sat and drank a Sprite for awhile, probably an hour, I arrived a little buzzed knowing that no alcohol would be served. Several girls approached me, and to my surprise really wanted me to touch them (a sales tactic, I know) but getting a hand full of titty for free is always nice.
