Tried to visit Follies on Sunday...

Tried to visit Follies on Sunday night at 1:00 am, but it was too packed. Cars were sticking out onto Buford Highway trying to turn into the overfilled parking lot. I guess Follies is the only place to go on a Sunday.

Instead, I went in on Monday afternoon. No cover, no parking fee, maybe because the crowd was significantly smaller than the last time I visited on a Thursday afternoon. Dancer quality and performance were also noticably diminished than my last Thursday visit. Dancer ethnicity consisted of some white, only a few blacks, and mostly hispanic. The majority of dancers and customers were speaking Spanish in the club.

Anyway, the dancers were a mixed bunch. They were more difficult to weed through than my last visit on Thursday. Most of the high mileage dancers seemed content with just grinding out $10 per song on the floor every minute of their shift because the money adds up and that keeps them from having to sell VIP to perform extras. If a high mileage floor dancer is vague about what she will give you in the VIP, don't take the bait; you will get just as much out of her for only $10 per song on the floor.
