Babes has stepped it up a notch and it's trying to be on par with the other black shake joints in terms of the atmosphere. As you've read by now there is new carpeting and I was told that it is undergoing a total makeover. So far the inside of the club still looks the same apart from the carpet. I also noticed that quite a few of the girls who used to dance there are no longer there. I was told that management has changed a bit and they are a little bit more strict now and apparently there are some things the dancers can't do. But overall it's still a fun atmosphere and the dances were very high mileage. It's still the best value in town for the $5 dances. This joint would be perfect if the talent level was higher.
