As far as Queens clubs go, this remains one of the best around for value, overall dancer quality and contact. The layout consists of a main stage area and what appears to be a (mostly unused) dining area off to the side. This part of the club also has a stage, so it might see more action at nights, but was apparently off limits to the day shift. There's a buffet on Fridays, and the food is surprisingly decent. (BBQ ribs were actually quite good.)
Beer and mixed drinks are available, which in New York means topless only. There are some annoying "gentlemen's club" trappings -- a mandatory coat check after 7 PM, an attendant in the men's room -- but the overall vibe is fairly relaxed. The dollar parade at the stage can be relentless, though; it's usually at least a half-dozen or more girls on stage at one time, so I'd recommend sitting away from the bar if you're not tipping.
Dancer quality can be variable, but is generally higher than most of the other Queens clubs. More white girls than black, mostly of Hispanic or European extraction, but there are usually at least a couple of American girls on every shift. Be careful with the Russian girls; many will promise more than they deliver. Lap dances are upstairs, and while not particularly private, are pretty high contact during the day. Avoid going upstairs after 7 PM, though; the bouncers are more active and pay much closer attention at night. Champagne room is relatively cheap by NYC standards (I think it was in the $200 vicinity for a half hour, but I can't swear by that), but I haven't partaken in some time, so I can't speak as to what's available.
