Maybe it's just San Diego, but...

Maybe it's just San Diego, but Cheetahs never lives up to its billings because of the restrictive local rules. Visited two weeks ago while in SD on business and gave it another try, but left after about an hour. Does it pick up later? I arrived about 8:30 and there were maybe 8 girls around, none of them very interesting. The place just rubbed me the wrong way, I won't bother again.
