I usually stop here late Friday (sometimes Saturday) on my way to visit friends for the weekend. Club is easy enough to get to if you're headed west on 22, headed east it's a pain to turnaround. Parking (free) is always packed late Friday/Saturday, but I've always found a spot. Friday cover is $20, plus they give two coupons for free entry on specific weekdays. Useless for me, but could be a selling point for a local. I've gotten in as late as 2am, if you get a girl dancing by then you can stay quite awhile.

The club decor isn't high-end, but it's serviceable. They replaced the stage about a year ago, it's much nicer now. The stage is a "T" shape taking up the middle of the (rather small) room. There are chairs surrounding the rail. Sit there and the girls will dance (close up nude) right in front of you. Performance level varies greatly. Have some dollars ready or they'll get ticked off. There isn't much seating elsewhere, and the place gets really packed on weekend nights. SRO, and it's hard to move. Bathroom gets pretty gross late weekends, stop off somewhere first. BYOB, $5 cokes at the small bar. I don't BMOB so I don't know how they handle it.

Club is all-nude dancing, both on stage and lap dance. Lap dances are $20. They happen in a side room that's hard to see into, but it's communal and other couples will be clearly visible to you (if your attention wanders) and vice-versa. Dances are full two-way grind, with the expected body parts generally off-limits, YMMV. Dancers usually put down a cloth cover over your lap. Bouncers will glance in the door, but they don't walk around.
