A nice surprise in a lot of ways. NYC clubs have been notorious ripoffs. This one was much better than I expected.

There were about 10 dancers on duty on this weekday afternoon. All were attractive and friendly. At first, I was at the bar in the front room where two girls dance on single-dancer stages. $11 for the 2-for-1 beer special, but there was no cover. It took a while to realize there was an entire back room I'd missed.

The big back area has a stage, couches around the perimeter, plus tables. Room for probably 10-12 dances at one time, though there weren't more than a couple of dances going at once. Pretty quiet on an early week afternoon.

$20 dances were a nice surprise.

The first girl allowed a good deal of roaming of hands. But that seems to be the exception, since others moved me away from from some booby squeeze. But all were pretty good dances. One Brazilian worked really hard, but there's a complete lack of privacy as you're basically facing the entire room during the dance. Overall, as good as most any SC around the country. Very clean, very safe feel. Nicely decorated, they definitely are reaching for an upscale feel. A decent buffet, although we know we're not going for the food. Perfectly ok for the business-trip SC visit. Girls mentioned the same owners have other clubs uptown, so those might also be worth a visit. A good, solid experience in a classy environment with above average talent. The drawback is the complete exposure of the dance couches to the whole room. But that might keep us all well-behaved, too, so maybe it's not so bad. If you're in lower Manhattan, definitely worth a visit.
