I had been warned to stay away from any club in Zurich that has the label "cabaret" but had also been told that there were a few "go-go" clubs where you could sit and have a beer and watch beautiful young women take off their clothes. Since this sounds like a good pastime to me I dropped into Falstaff, which does not have the word "cabaret" posted anywhere.

The club consists of a large bar, a few tables and chairs, and a tiny, dimly-lit stage. The "dancers" are apparently all Thai, although this may be a misnomer since I never did see anyone dance. As I sat down I was approached by a young, very cute, petite woman who asked if I would buy her a drink. Having been forewarned I asked what the cost was for her drink, and after some stalling was finally shown a menu card with champagne ranging from CHF 200 to CHF 1400. (Exchange rate: 1.05 CHF = $1 USD). I declined and was then told I could buy her a single drink for $35. Since this negotiation took about 5 minutes during which I was fondling her fine ass and small perky breasts I decided it might be worth $35 to keep her around for a bit longer.
