Back in tonight to see a favorite. Unfortunately she was not there. Saw some ladies I had not seen before, which is always a good thing. A new to me lady came over and asked if she could have a seat, and we had a general conversation. It was nice. I was a lump though, as I had gone in to see a favorite, and when she got called to the stage, I took off. The club was quiet!! About as many patrons as dancers, and in previous conversations with a favorite, if things don't start to get better, dancers will start leaving because they can't support themselves. Give a working girl a break. Stop in, get a drink, get a dance. If you don't care for the lady on the stage, watch the big screen. Some one will come out that will push a button for you.
