Coming from a US city where...

Coming from a US city where mileage is low, the Landing Strip was a pleasant surprise. I've been there twice -- once when very crowded, once when not so crowded. When it was busy, it was hard to get a seat and then hard to get a table dance. Eventually, I coughed up the $40 to go to VIP and did 4-5 songs at $20 a pop. Don't remember the girls name (generic eastern Euro accent), but it was money well spent. Mileage was excellent, and I got the impression that more was on the menu than I was even looking for. In addition to the mileage, she was really selling it in a way that I don't normally see with lap dances. YMMV.

When I went on a less busy night, there were more table dances to be had without having to go to VIP. Even then, it was pretty handsy above the waist, which again I was not accustomed to coming from a more conservative market.

Otherwise, it's standard decor, standard expensive drinks, standard VIP pushing. Next time I'm in Toronto, I may check out other places, but I could go back. It's not cheap, but you could do a lot worse.
