While in the St. Louis area, I checked out the "infamous" clubs here in East St. Louis during the day. The area is not the best, all the businesses and most homes I saw had bars on the windows and doors. I decided not to risk the area at night and stopped in at Miss Kitty's. It's not a fancy place, you have to be buzzed in and as you enter you see 3-4 stages in front of you, the bar is off to the right and so are the bathrooms. I got my Miller Light for $4 and sat at the bar. Shortly thereafter a dancer joined me.
