As this bar got slow, they did all the wrong things to improve revenues. Instituted a cover (which is loosely enforced), raised drink prices, and raised the price of a lap dance. All of this has pushed patrons down the street to other options.

This, in turn, has lowered the quality of dancers and their attitudes. Most are friendly enough, but depressed about being there.
