Ever a believer in giving second chances, I stopped in here again this weekend to see if anything has improved. I'm happy to report that it has.

While it's still small and weirdly shaped, the urinal in the restroom has been fixed, and there is no longer a summer outhouse stench present. I still would find someplace else if I had to sit down, but at least I didn't feel like I had to take a shower when I walked out.

Calling it a "full" bar is probably an overstatement, but I did see a few bottles there. And I got a bottled water instead of a dixie cup for my $3 this time.
