Mary's Club is more of a historical landmark. The dancers put on very high quality stage shows. More burlesque than Vegas-style. A couple girls are ripped and look like they can be gymnasts. Atmosphere is friendly and more of a dive. Good place to go to hang with a buddy, sip a beer, and watch the entertainment. Not sure about lap dances, haven't tried those. The girls and staff are friendly and are not pushy at all. No one will ask you or expect you to tip. But please do. Also, since this is Portland the hipster capital of the western USA, almost every dancer has tats and piercings. For classic beauties, try Stars. Nonetheless, I dig this place a lot.
