This is probably the closest thing...
This is probably the closest thing you'll find in Brussels to an American strip club. All the other places are either brothels or clip joints, where they try to get you to spend as much money as you can, while providing as little as they can. The bar at Manhattan has an American theme to it, as you'll notice from the Marilyn Monroe statue on the way on. The bouncers and staff are all reasonably friendly, but in the Belgian way of being reasonably friendly, which means that you don't always get particularly good service (i.e. standing at the bar for extended periods, looking imploringly at the bartender for a drink.) The drinks, by strip club standards, are cheap. 2.50 euro for a draft, 10 euro for a glass of champagne (same for the girl's glass). There's no cover, so you can spend 100 euro here over the course of an evening, and really feel like you've gotten your mileage worth. The girls dance in succession, then come around and give you an quick lapdance for 5 euro. They'll give an extended dance in the back of the bar for more money, 20 to 30 euro, but it's not exactly private. I have heard one guy report that he got extras here, but honestly, I think that was a once-in-a-lifetime thing. I would not go here looking for extras, and in fact, it has more the feel of a neighborhood bar with naked girls. On the downside, there can be extended periods of time when there are no girls dancing, but instead they're all just standing around talking to friends or regular customers. Which gets a little boring. The dancers themselves are decent, around an 8 on average, some better and some worse. Still, if you want a regular American strip club experience in Brussels, this is a pretty good bet. If, on the other hand, you want more mileage, there are lots and lots of places in Brussels where you can go and get off, some of them expensive, and some of them not at all.
