The millstream is a bit off the beaten path, and it's in the county, so it's strictly a pasties kind of place. The atmosphere is low key, very local bar like. I haven't been there at night, however on the dayshift there is very little hustle for dances or upsell. The girls do a 2-3 song set during which the top comes off. There is a stage with a pole and a cage like area for dancing, and they'll give you some attention for stage tips. If it's really slow I've seen the dancers stop to chat while on stage. After the dance they'll circulate a bit for tips and then typically hang out with another dancer or a regular. The girls rarely ask upfront if you'd like a lapdance, and I've never had one mention the VIP, but then again, this was during the day. If you want a dance be prepared to approach the girl about it instead of the other way round. No hustle for dancer drinks.

There's usually no cover, lots of daily specials. Monday is $10 laps, Tues 2-4-1 laps and drinks, same with Sat. You can get a fair amount of entertainment for your money.

The food is excellent. It's worth showing up for the lunch special and a beer with the dancers just as an enjoyable extra at the cost of some tips after each set.
