I think that this is a very solid club. The physical plant is very nice -- seems clean (as far as you can tell in the dark), non-smoking, pretty spacious, nice dance area, reasonably nice couches. The dancer quality is, imho, excellent. Good looking dancers are generally the rule. Yeah, there are some average ones, but not many, and it isn't hard to say no to them and wait for/pick out the good ones.

The basic scheme here (as others have noted, though some incorrectly, so worth saying it again) is:

* lap dances are $20; downstairs, they either take place on the black couches along the walls (so basically not much privacy, though the only ones looking at you are the people passing by or the pervs/weirdos who for some reason get off on looking at a girl grinding another dude -- for all of our faults, probably not many enthusiasts fall into that category); upstairs, the lap dances take place on the less comfy chairs or, if you are ready to spend more money, on the couches upstairs
