It's been quite a while since...

It's been quite a while since I've visited Jet Strip, and I'm generally turned off by strip clubs in Southern California. But being in a nostalgic mood, I decided to revisit the site of some very good times a while ago. I was pretty disappointed. The interior had not changed all that much, just a little dingier. The quality of the girls was nothing for me to get too excited about either. I counted six, even though the schedule indicated that there were supposed to be more. A couple of them were sitting by the bar, pretty much minding their own business. One, a little punchy, was on stage. I was at a little table off to the side. Eventually, I got to see all the dancers that were there perform. I had a few drinks before I was approached by a brunette, maybe a 6 at best. We had a little chat and she convinced me to try a dance or two. Against my better judgment, I finally agreed and went back. What happened to the high mileage or even decent mileage that I experienced before? Gone. I gave up after two nondescript dances and walked the girl over to the bar to pay my fare. Then I walked out. I should have known better. From now on, I'll stick with Club Fantasy (a hostess club in LA), or if I want SC action I'll wait till I visit Detroit or even Vegas, if I'm desperate.
