I keep wanting this club to...

I keep wanting this club to return to the days of old. But alas, this visit probably puts this one on my deadlist. This was the last of four clubs I visited. And I was hoping for a strong finish. After parking with the valet and paying the cover charge, I parked myself at the bar and ordered my last martini of the evening. The bartender, a nice looking blonde, was a little challenged in making it, even though it's a classic drink. The disappointment at this club was that even though it was just passed midnight, it appeared that most of the dancers had vanished. Maybe because it was so slow. The only one that caught my eye was a stunning young blonde that was just finishing on stage. I tipped her onstage but after she was done, she was in the back changing into her street clothes and leaving. Too bad, because she was the only one that I would have gotten any dances from. To her credit she stopped by the bar and apologized that she was leaving and suggested I come back another time. (The low dancer quality rating is certainly not for her.) I haven't seen her there before, but if I were able to predict when she'd be there again, I might be back. Otherwise, like I said, this club has seen better days.
