Hit here Saturday 10/23. Jezebel's underwent major renovations last Spring after changes in the local laws allowed them to remove the partition between the old topless and nude sections. The club has been upscaled massively (at least on the interior), easily making it one of the nicest in the state. There is now an actual private dance area (cubicles) as opposed to using the back wall beforehand. Girls here no longer do a post stage set "tip walk" like they used to, or still do at Pleasures and Michelle's. From what I hear one of my favorite dancers from the old Jezzie's is actually managing the place now.

Lots of people have raving about the new club, but frankly once you get past the spiffy new surroundings, I don't see what all the hype is about. One problem with the new club was that they kept the same woefully placed stages from the old club. The long stage on the south side of the club is by far the worst. The two ends of the club have been given the strange new names Baker and Monroe (reference to Marilyn?) and its hard to tell which side is which. Club is advertised as a nude club, both online and when you walk in the door, but during my trip, I saw only one dancer even get anywhere near bottomless. Not sure what the problem is as Jezebel's shares the same legal jurisdiction as Pleasures across town. Rumor has it that gals will only remove their bottoms if enough dollars are tipped on stage. Apparently not enough dollars made it. Sounds like "bait and switch" to me.

Dances can be done outside the VIP area for $20 (no touch), or inside the VIP for $30 (touching allowed). Approximately once an hour, the club does a 2-for-1 promotion where VIP dances can be bought 2 for $30. Girls are called up to the stage "cattle call" style and after a short song, go seek out a prospective partner. If they do not find one, they're resigned to dancing on stage during the 2-for-1.
