Have had a few bad experiences...

Have had a few bad experiences here, though I had high hopes given the recent improved reviews. I keep dropping in and hoping for a better time, and I'll write a review if I do get it. But for now, I'm still disappointed in Temptations. They just don't have the valid stable of large numbers of attractive women, so lots of "thin herd" events happen -- one hot girl on stage goes right straight to the back room immediately after her set, then re-emerges only to go straight to the stage, and straight to the back room again; or, no hot girls at all; or, you go into the club because of a hot girl, and then once you've paid $5 for a Coke she disappears to the stage or the back room (see first item, above) and you never get time with her; a hot girl agrees to speak with you, then never does; or, a hot girl sits with you, gets a drink with you, and then goes to the back with someone else. It's just too damned difficult to have a good time here! If you CAN convince a girl to spend some time with you, then probably you can enjoy yourself, and probably the lappers are enjoyable, and probably you can negotiate for something more, and probably the bang-for-buck is a reasonable ratio (within the context of typically unreasonable New Orleans prices, of course). But mostly, you have to clear that hurdle at the outset, of MAKING ... THEM ... PAY ... ATTENTION. Good luck with that. :P
