Overall, I was disappointed in HK. After reading a lot of the reviews on here, I assumed it would be like Adelitas only with hotter girls, which just wasn't the case.

Pros: Easy to find--it's 2 doors down from Adelitas and there are cabs everywhere. The girls are really hot. I think the average HK girl is about 20% hotter than the average Adelita girl. Drinks are cheep, it's an entertaining atmosphere (everything you've heard about the shows is true) and if you're in to lapdances, there are plenty of those available--though most people don't come to TJ for lapdances.

Cons: Going upstairs with a girl is way more complicated than at Adelitas (where you just say, "let's go" and 5 minutes later the girl is bouncing on you upstairs). First, there's way more dancing here, which is fine, but a lot of the hottest girls aren't available because they're dancing. Second, the dancers seemed a little more reluctant to approach customers. Third, going upstairs requires some kind of arrangement with a bouncer, which was odd. I was there twice in two days, once at night (it was so packed that I could barely move) and once during the day, and both times, although there were girls I would have gone upstairs with, some logistical problem meant that I ended up back at Adelitas.
