This was my first visit to Uptown this year, with the last being a little over a year earlier. It seems to be the number one club in Charlotte. It has been here for a while. This time, the visit was cut short. I'll have to explain. I walked in and went up to the bar to get a beer. I hadn't been there five minutes till I was approached by a girl (forget the name, a brunette, about a 7). She put the hard sell on me to meet a couple of her friends. So, we all get together in a booth and they are really laying on the BS to try and get me to go with the three of them to the VIP room. When I ask how much this is going to run me. They throw a number at me. Like $900 for the three of them with a bottle of champagne. Now, maybe that's a good deal to some men. But, me? - I know I could get three escorts in a hotel room for that kind of money. And, I know I would get some real action as well, not just the usual lap dance stuff you get in a place like this. Overall, it's not a bad place to go. Just be prepared to really get hit on hard if you do.
