I went to the Tropical Lei for the first time on a Thursday night after 11PM a couple of weeks ago. I paid my cover, bought a water, and sat down one row off the stage. There were about a ten dancers there and all of them were sitting on the raised seats in the back row that faces the stage. Some had customers with them, but others were by themselves. Several had large fake boobs and appeared to be attractive from a distance.

After my drink arrived, Essence came over and sat with me and we discussed the place and the dances available. She has a very good body with implants that are not hugely dispoportionate for her frame, and had glasses. Her ass was very nice (small and tight). I noticed some other dancers in the area and tried $20 topless dances up on the seats on the far wall from the entrance. The contact was good, but the VIP promises were intentionally vague.

Essence came back and sold me on her private dances. I told her I had been to Hawaii Theater in the past and that made her feel free to be very forward about what was available. Anything covered was available for $$ for three songs. I recommend this club if you know exactly what you want. As far as the non-VIP portion of the evening, it was just OK.
