The Spearmint Rhino in LV has been the most popular strip club in town for at least 5 years. You can be assured it will be packed and hopping at night and the vibe will be off the charts on Thu-Sat nights after 11pm until about 5am. The amount of dancers is consistently in the 100+ (occ. 200+) range and I can't recall it ever being a "light" night in terms of number of dancers. However, while these good qualities have remained constant over the years, some of the most important things you'd want to see in a strip club have taken a pretty sharp downturn over the last year.

The biggest issue is dancer aggressiveness/hostility if you don't want a dance. Truth be told, this was always an issue here but has gotten significantly (not just a little) worse in the last year as the girls seem to be hungrier for money given a variety of reasons (economy etc.) The girls that approach in pairs are always the worst, feeding confidence off each other and feeling empowered that they can relentlessly harass and pressure you for dances when you just have no interest in them. As most who have visited the Rhino know, this is most pronounced with the average-looking girls (7's or less) who can't keep up with the hot ones and get nasty to overcompensate. It's just brutal for that now.

A very close second issue contributing to the decline is the lower level of contact in dances both on the floor and in the 3 for $100 room. Basically, the floor dances used to be great and worth $20. Now they are pseudo-table dances worth $10 (you might luck out and get a decent one) whereas the 3 for $100 dances now equal the contact you used to be able to get for $20 each on the floor pre-2010.
