I don't usually expect much from NC clubs so I went to the Mens Club on Saturday night with pretty low expectations. I was surprised with what I found. It's a really nice club and is definitely trying to create a more upscale experience. The talent was great (then again it was Saturday night) and the drinks were reasonable ($5/beer, $7 shots). They have girls circulating giving massages for $10 and then they had a couple of shots girls that would dance and then feed you a shot for $5. That was a gold mine since its a cheaper shot than you can get at the bar along with a dance even though the shot girls didnt get naked. The VIP room was really nice also and was $30 a song that's paid to a bouncer so there's no issue with getting ripped off in price or songs. The dances were pretty good with two way contact (I remembed NC as a strictly no touch state) but they added up fast at $30 a pop. All in all its not the best club in the world but it exceeded my expectations and is worth a visit if you have a few hours to kill in Raleigh.
